Unrestrained & aggressive dog (similar in size & color to a Rhodesian Ridgeback) chases people who walk by the house. Observed a young person screaming and running away from the dog for almost a block. Owners scream/curse at the dog, hit the dog, but do not properly restrain it.
There is 4 cats where I live and they are going underneath my home and spraying and making my house smell, i live in apt 2301
There is a dead skunk in the road in front of our house on 2nd st (corner of 2nd and Henderson). Stinking up the whole street. Please remove as soon as possible! Thank you!
The hair salon businesses located near 1025 S Walnut St would benefit from a bike rack. The owners of the salons expressed interest in the rack but were unsure of landlord support for a rack. The location is ideal for a rack as it is near the B-line and bike boulevard on Allen.

bike islands are a terrible idea, I am an every day bike commuter and I just about hit 5 college kids as the got off the bus staring at their phones and texting. SERIOUSLY, COME ON.
There is a problem when driving in a car going south on Palmer and approaching Allen St. Cars park too close to the corner to be able to see bicycles coming from the west. Please mark the corner for no parking.
