Does anybody know if there are plans to improve the "Bloomington Rail Trail", the segment between country club and that road? This year it's suddenly much worse than it has been...there are places that were washed out that got replaced with the wrong type of gravel (shoulda used some sort of "crusher run", imo) and there's even a big wash out that didn't get any repair at all.

Hello, Monroe Parks & Rec, This is just an FYI and hopefully an appeal for help. I contacted the sheriff’s office on Sunday, March 29, 2020 and since then the camping site looks to have expanded and the trash in the creek and along the road has increased. If you begin at the parking lot on Country Club and walk south on the gravel road that runs parallel to the trail, it takes about a 4-5 minute walk south to arrive at the spot. It is past the brush and next to the creek. There is a small orange tent and a large blue/green structure (I didn’t get too close), there is also something large in the creek that looks like bedding. This is Susan Sandberg and there has been a PACE bike left at the N. Fritz Drive cul-de-sac by the fire hydrant for several weeks. Our address is 2201 N. Fritz Drive, and the bike probably can't be seen from the Bypass as it is down the hill.
