Citizen called in to complain about the high weeds and trash in the yard at 1019 & 1023 Keri Marie Lane. She states that there is a chair in the driveway that has been there for a long time. This is an eye sore to the entire neighborhood.
The grass is 3 feet high.
There is a dumpster in the drive-way that is full of trash. The trash is now over-flowing.
Citizen states that this should be 2nd call on this property. Yard has not been mowed all year. He doesn't feel that anything is being done because he thinks that a City Employee owns the property. The grass is very tall and is attracting mosquitoes.

Letter received from James A. Swinson stated that he received certified letter re. a delinquent account for his former tenant (Tyler Collier) for property at 1417 S. Monon. Mr. Swinson does not think he should be responsible for former tenant's account since he was not notified in a timely fashion.
The grass is over-grown at the S.E. Corner of 5th and Fairview. Please call Ms. Farnsworth-Law @332-3060 with a update.
Ms. Warren requested an adjustment on account for property she owns at 3341 N. Kinser Pike. Her tenant left owing 7 months utilities bills. She does not feel she should be held responsible for her tenant's unpaid bills.
