Citizen claims that snow plow killed her grass. Says street dept. came out and planted grass seed across the street for a similar problem but did not plant seed in her yard. Wants to know if we plan to do this before winter.

I understand cutting homeowners slack at times, but please make this commercial property owner fix this to be accessible to wheelchairs and comparable again. There is an annoying pothole on the intersection of College Ave and W 2nd St. There is virtually no way to avoid it when turning right from College Ave.
There are traffic cones left from the culvert repair and street resurfacing. It appears that the danger of which they warned has passed.

Hi Folks...a buck with a wounded (broken?) back right leg in the Winslow Farm area of Bloomington. He can hop with a little pressure on it. Not sure if anything can be done, just feel sorry for the fella. Thank you.
