FYI Fri. pick-up/other/trash: faxed ddh/ Jason here is another one. rec'd notice last Fri. - can too large, excess 40 lbs - he has used same can for 5 yrs- we have picked it up - he feels it did not exceed 40 lbs - he could not tell me gallon # can - he will have it back this Fri.
A resident who wants to remain anonymous called Public Works Dept. to request that a staff member check to see if two metal stakes are with in our right-of-way. The stakes are making it difficult for vehicles to turn onto the north/south alley between 810 W. 7th & 811 W. 8th Streets. Citizen wants stakes removed if possible.
Several cats (at least 4)in the neighborhood of Village Ct & Westwood Drive that are unlicensed and running loose. They stir up the dogs in the neighborhood who bark after Quiet Nights hours of 9pm and mostly bark at 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 a.m.
BED FRAME IN THE YARD; SMASHED COMPUTER MONITOR IN THE BACKYARD; TRASH PILED UP AND OVERFLOWING INTO THE DRIVEWAY.
Unkept yard; needs mowed.
Junk/trash on the side of the house.

Multi-unit building has 10 trash cans that are overflowing; open bags; trash doesn't get into the can. Caller states that this is a constant problem and would like this property on a weekly drive-by to monitor. Caller afraid a rat problem will result from the trash problems.
