Quantity of construction waste and old kitchen equipment in and around their fenced dumpster on the NE corner of lot. Area looks bad and it has forced them to move dumpster out of fenced area. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

The crews that installed the digital fiber in front of my house cut down some small trees, but didn't haul away the branches. The chipper truck came through and picked up tree debris from other yards, but not from mine. Can it still be picked up?

storm run-off issues

During last weekend's storms, the storm run-off built up in the ditch in front of my neighbor's house. The blockage may be in front of my house. The ditch in my front yard needs to be dug out.

Multiple street lights are intermittently off. In front of Ivy tech. School are 2 and I'm front of the building with the business called TSC (1983 St. address) I have counted 4 lights that are frequently off.

This is being resubmitted because the HOA Board of Directors has noted the issue has not been resolved, as reported via email (screenshot attached). Hazardous sidewalk in front of 2001 S Ramsey Drive in Cameron Row HOA Community.
