Intersection of smith and moores pike. This is a 4th request over one year. Please fix this mud hole that spills out into street every time it rains.

theres a part of a large stuffed pillow type item thats been laying there for a long while. as your headind south on smith rd, right before moores pike stop sign. i called the city about it, it was never piked up. some one just drug it behind some trees and bushes. its to large me to pick up. thx
