Mr. Geels received a letter for a line of sight problem for his property at 4th St. & Bryan Ave. (See Action #11659). He complained thta the city does not enforce the 25' sight triangle consistently and sited the Southeast corner of 4th & Bryan.
trash truck is leaving a trail of liquid and trash behind on both Bryan and 4th Streets* sanitation director is aware of problem - a seal is broke on the truck and it will be repaired shortly.

Large cars or pickup trucks park in space overlapping the alley. Can yellow curbs be changes? Can parking be reduced to one space. (see drawing in traffic complaint file)
Area full of trash between the VFW and Bullwinkle's buildings. Bullwinkle's had built a wooden wall which hides some of the trash.
