At the north west corner of W. 6th Street and N. Jackson Street the stop sign has been defaced with black paint and markings. It needs replaced with a new one.
Stones from the wall along the sidewalk keep falling into the sidewalk. These are large stones and create a tripping hazard, especially for someone with impaired vision or during low light conditions. The landlord does nothing to address the problem which has been going on for a long time and is getting worse. Passers-by sometimes try to get the stones out of the way, but they keep falling back onto the sidewalk.
This yard has not been cut this growing season, and has been a problem in the past. The landlord does not take care of the landscaping wall, and it is leaning over toward the sidewalk.
Tree branch on sidewalk and street since ice storm of Nov 14/15.
DEPTH AND CONDITION OF DITCH IS BAD. PIPE MAY BE NEEDED.
Larry Barker, Sanitation Directo, stated that this address was a late set out.
