Tenant is "troubled." Sharon is concerned that he is a "slob." He sits cans of opened food out to attract bugs, as a kindness, so that the other residents will be "bug free." He has a long file with the IU Police; has called to complain that someone stole his toilet paper, etc. They would like for us to make an inspection of the apartment's condition.
Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. Resident would greatly appreciate a reply to his complaint. Please see Julio for copy of inquiry.

NEED HER YARD REPAIRED
Having serious flooding in the ditch in front of his house caused by development occuring at E 3rd St. & Smith Rd. Large culvert under his drive (3' diameter) is failing. He says it is in the City right-of-way.
Mrs. Stone says she spoke to someone yesterday who was supposed to call her back but she doesn't know who it was. Says when City put in sidewalks a few years ago it caused changes in drainage and now everything (water, gravel, tar) washes up at the end of her property. She's "going to call the Mayor" if nothing gets done, so someone needs to at least touch base with her.
Ms. Smith reports that she has complained before about the vacant house at the Northeast corner of Smith and Walker. She states that trash is everywhere, trees are falling down in the yard, the grass needs cut, and that all the doors are open and wild animals are living in the house. She said that she was upset because, she was told that the house would be sealed, but this has not been done.
