A Bush is blocking the intersection
The back yard has not been mowed. There is all kinds of old furniture on the front porch.
There is a large pile of brush which covers about half of the empty lot just to the east of this address. The owner of the empty lot is Faith Akin.
the tenants have left lots of things in the yard, an ice box, furniture, ECT. And they haven't cleaned it up.
The property across from her house has bags of trash and glass containers in the yard. They do not use trash stickers on the bags and they have them just sitting there. Also, the property next to her has two bags of trash on the sidewalk that has been there for approximately 3 weeks. They do not have trash stickers on them. They people seem to do this on a regular basis.
Triangular area bounded by Southdowns, Sheridan Drive & Karen, needs dead trees, vines and weeds removed. Also, resident at 1308 Southdowns (and some others) are dumping their limbs, tree trimmings, and grass cuttings in this area. (See letter)
Weeds in the alley behind 1208 S. Lincoln (in alley between S. Grant and S. Lincoln).
They don't always put stickers on thier trash-now they have trash out with a sanitation notice on it. Even when trash is picked up they leave trash and recycling bins out.
Vacant lot behind 3121 Tapps Turn has not been mowed. The top part of the lot gets mowed, but the bottom part (next to Ms. Sellers property) has not been mowed.
Students moved out, but carport at the rear of the property is full of junk and trash. Old sofa has been in the carport for a year. Ms. Otten also reported that 4 females had lived at this property. She said that 3 girls on the lease and 1 extra girl paying rent. (Work with Carol on this)
