Hi, I am trying to find the appropriate department to ask about air quality regulations in Bloomington. Specifically I am doing feasibility research for opening a coffee roasting company in Bloomington and I need to know what regulations exist within the city and what remediation may be involved. In front of our home, 2301 E Arden Dr, there is fairly significant erosion taking place along the edge of the road. I know it's hard on the snow plows and it's just crumbling and could use a fresh layer of tar. If you all could please add that to the repair list, I haven't noticed a lot of trouble elsewhere on the street, but we are on a corner, at the bottom of an incline, and near a water drain. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!!

I sent this email to Mr. VanDeventer approximately four months ago and have heard nothing--no response whatsoever. Can you please help this tax payer get a street sign replaced that's been missing for almost two years. Also, there is a flickering street light on the east end of the Cheyanne Lane cul-de-sac that is off more than it is on. Mr. VanDeventer, Approximately four months ago I called the City street department to report a missing street sign. I can understand why replacing street signs is not a high priority for your department, but the sign has been gone for over a year plus the four months since I reported it. On IN-45/46 bypass just west of N Walnut intersection, ice on bridge over old state Rd 37 is so bad cars are routinely not able to stop and are rear ending each other. Reported to INDOT, but dangerous!
