Hello, I’m outside of the country until the end of the month of June. My postal Mail has been stopped. 14th St. between Indiana and Dunn trash on the north side of Duke power which I’m sure does not belong to with them because there is six garbage containers and other trash that I’m sure does not belong to the Duke substation
