Large pile of trash, over weight. Larry gave her one week to get a private hauler. The trash is still there in the yard by the sidewalk.

For the last week, there has been water seeping up out of an underground location under a metal plate in the street that says "WATER" on it. This began after the fire hydrant was replaced last week at 6th and Elm. Surely CBU doesn't want to be wasting water like this; however, I called them directly a week ago to report this, and nothing has been done.
