My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. The tree in front of the house is dead and a hazard. I tried to contact the homeowner's directly, but the phone number I had was incorrect. It fell on my house 2 years ago, it damaged their tenant's car. I'm worried that it will fall on my house again and may injure someone. This tree needs to be removed.
