I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. There are signs in this drain of the Monroe county govt parking lot. It is obvious that someone intentionally lifted this heavy inlet and placed trash and street sign in the way. This needs corrected immediately to fix stormwater flow here. How often are these cleaned out in this parking lot? There is so much debris and breaking apart asphalt that Monroe county is not maintaining. Also they cut down their trees and smoking continues too close to the building. How is this allowed?

The HVAC system by the northernmost entrance of the Showers Building is painfully loud. I hope a fix is being prioritized, because even from the sidewalk, it's extremely bothersome. Many concerns by County field staff who frequently use that entrance. Thank you!
