turning east onto THornton from Maxwell is not safe for cyclists. Lots of potholes and loose sand and gravel in the right lane on Thornton. All of South Maxwell has a lot of very rough pavement also.
Manager from neighboring apartment complex said the dumpster at this address has trash all around it on the ground and it is creating a rat issue for his complex.
trash in front and back yard. big black trash bag in backyard has been ripped open and now trash is blowing into neighbors yard. the trash bags have been out there for weeks.

Front door is open, and trash all over the yard. There are homeless people coming and going.

SW corner of 8th and Hay. Sidewalk collapsed shortly after construction by City. People would rather walk in the street.
