A CITIZEN CALLED TO REPORT THAT THERE IS TRASH BEHIND THE EASTLAND PLAZA STRIP MALL. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE DUPSTERS FOR THESE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE FENCES AROUND THEM.
