This address has several complaints in the system re: over occupancy and trash. The citizen states that the renters leave their trash cans out on the sidewalk all the time. They don't take them in. Can a notice be sent, since there is a fine for this violation?

Blands auto sales lot removed their ground sign and replaced it with a much larger pole sign. Can they do this? Do they need a permit?

There is a car parked on the lawn with with beer cans everywhere. The beer cans have blown accross the street into Ferguson property.
