There have been 2 stray dogs around my property/eating my trash off and on past 3 weeks. They’re obviously starving and seemed to be stray animals. They’re always walking the road or the road over (Pottersville/mills creek). Spencer humane society is not taking new animals. Can you help?

Hello! A couple hours ago I ran over a massive pothole on S Clarizz Blvd. I was heading Southbound after turning off of E 3rd St. I was about halfway between where I turned off of E 3rd and reached the stop sign. Sadly, it popped my front left tire. I mainly just wanted to report it to be fixed, but someone from the City told me I might be able to get reimbursed as well. Pothole on Ballantine and 1st street in the intersection. Potholes all along Pickwick off of E. Covenanter Drive heading south up to 1400 S. Pickwick Place. I felt like I was driving through a war zone yesterday trying to not hit a pothole on Pickwick Place. It is along the whole street.
