ASKED CUSTOMER TO CALL BACK IN A WEEK IF PROBLEM HAS NOT CLEARED. 01/21/98 - SG CONTACTED A PLUMBER. PLUMBER ADVISED MR SMITH TO CHECK HOT WATER HEATER DIPSTICK. TODAY, (01/21/98) MR SMITH STOPPED IN TO SAY THAT THE DIPSTICK WAS THE PROBLEM. HEATER IS A GAS HEATER AND IS LESS THAN 3 YRS OLD.
