Our recycling bin was only half emptied this morning. It seems to be a regular problem for us, but there doesn't seem to be anything stuck that would be blocking it from being emptied. Will you please send a truck to empty our recycling bin? Thank you!

Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? We have a sidewalk in front of our home that is a major tripping hazard. Tree roots have lifted the sidewalk almost 3 inches making a serious tripping hazard. I contacted the city about 18 months ago to request to be put on the 'fix list' with us paying for the concrete, but nothing has been done. Please can this be addressed soon. Thank you.
