Anonymous resident complaints of trash cans left at the curb in front of this address for weeks at a time. The resident states this has happened several times.

Resident called and complained that we wrote up for not sorting but claims we spilled recycle all over driveway. Cussed at me, told me he will go to someone higher to get it picked up. Claims since we are union and work for city we can do what we want.
