This issue is noted. We have a project in our capital improvement plan to improve High St drainage from Nancy to 2nd St. I am not sure when the project will be designed and constructed.

I drove by during a rain event and observed storm water encroaching into the northbound lane through this section of road, near the 939 address. There is not much that can be done here. There is new curb and sidewalk, an inlet would have helped but there isn't storm sewer in the area. CBU and the Transportation department are looking at a long term solution for High St between Covenanter and Maxwell that would include storm sewer, inlets, curb, and sidewalk.
