Sidewalks to access across the school are blocked. Walkers cannot safely access the shoveled school portion of the sidewalk. I am a crossing guard for the crosswalk there and I've already seen two kiddos eat it on the ice in the past week

trash not in receptacle, lots of trash left in bags, not picked up by Sanitation, animals get into it, scatters in neighborhood
Resident phoned and said that someone has dumped a couch and trash and wants us to come and get it.
Caller said that the overgrown bushes and shrubs are blocking the view through the alleyway.
