On 4th Street slightly West of Dunn on the North side of the Street a meter is broken. Put two quarters in and nothing happened.

A citizen reported that a house at the corner of 4th St. and Dunn St. has trash all over the yard and the yard is over grown. He also stated that he was not sure of the exact address.
