About a year ago City of Bloomington Utilities left 4 traffic cones on the sidewalk in front of 506 E University St. They are still there, and are partially blocking the sidewalk. Could someone please come collect them? They are no longer needed there.

Resident collecting junk, ie cars, freezers, frigs, etc. in the back yard by the alley. He brings junk into the yard via semi truck. He has been digging a foundation against the house; possibly for more storage. Front porch full of junk too.
Complainant says this property looks like a junkyard. furniture, mattresses and assorted items under tarps and plastic sheeting in the rear of the property.
House has trash and cans at curb and junkyard in the back yard.
