The apartment complex, Hays Court, has moved their dumpster near their driveway. The problem is the dumpster is overflowing with trash all the time which is blowing into her yard. She feels the owner has tried to clean the mess up at times but it has gotten out of control. She would like for who ever goes out there to give her a call.
