As evidenced by the attached picture, the city plowed a significant amount of snow in front of our mailbox making it inaccessible to the post office. Since the snow will not be melting for a few weeks we need the city to help us access the mailbox by doing a small amount of additional plowing. We are current not able to receive our mail. I have a pothole right next to my driveway. The city fixed several other issues on Laurelwood Drive earlier this year, but did not fix this particular pothole. It continues to get bigger each week, and I am concerned that it will cause issues for my vehicle.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding our house's parking permits. I, (Ava Kaiserlian), bought both my 2024 - 2025 permit for my own vehicle along with the one guest pass we got for the house, but only ever received my personal one. I did move out of the address that was listed for the parking pass to be sent to not too long after, but it never got forwarded to my new location either. I have the receipts of buying the two passes, yet I only received the one for my residence and not the guest pass. I was wondering if there is any way we can resolve this issue and we could get a new one sent to us (at our address). If I need to talk to someone about this issue to figure it out, I am more than happy to. Thank you!
