He has issues with water causing erosion in their backyard and wants to know what they're allowed to do re:drainage and where to route it.

Small sinkhole roughly 1 foot in diameter has appeared in the drainage ditch area in front of our main production facility. The hole is knee deep but appears to have very soft ground inside. The hole is very close to a fire hydrant, so we aren't sure if its a result of storm drainage/runoff, or if there might be a leak somewhere. We're hoping the City of Bloomington can come out to take a look and advise of next steps.
