We received a notice on our door that our water usage was higher than usual--"30 gallons per hour used." Could this be from watering our garden about every-other day over the last couple of weeks? Should we be concerned? Since we can't access the meter ourselves, is there a way we could get meter readings over a two- or three-hour period when we're not intentionally using any water?

It's right in the middle of Clarizz Blvd., where you can turn either into Wilmington Court Condos to the east or toward Bloomingfoods to the west. I haven't been able to stop and take a picture of the hole yet, but I can if you need it. it's already quite busy there (with the new apts.) and allowing people to turn east or west while also avoiding the pothole can be tricky. NO water for an hour now, what’s going on?
No water pressure at our house and at least one neighbor.
City workers have the left lane of Atwater blocked in multiple locations without proper traffic control or signage (including no arrow board). They also have Eagleson blocked completely without proper barricades.
Left hand turn signal on Walnut heading north at Country Club—sensor is not working.
