SHE HAS RECEIVED 3 COMPLAINTS ON THIS TODAY...REGARDING TRASH THAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER AND THAT THE BUSINESS IS WASHING THEIR RENTAL CARS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING IN THE BACK.
