Trash by mailbox w/o tags for days.

Trash left out without tags all the time. Trash there now, has been there at least three weeks. Complaintant knows resident has been informed about tagging trash.
130 and 132 Pinewood Dr. Garbage is left out 2 or 3 weeks at a time, untagged. When it is put out tagged, they miss the collection, and leave it at the curb until the next collection.
Citizen on B-line trail called about graffiti on a sign at the new bridge at Grimes. "Fuck the b-line" and "LOLZ" with an A inside the O spray painted on sign. Nancy Rollins at Parks and Rec called by officer for b-line clean up.
Mr. Wilbur called to let the Mayor and Transit know that he was on the 2 South route of the transit, and another driver gave the 2 South driver a can of air-freshener, stating "I always need this when I drive this route....how's the smell today?" Mr. Wilbur was offended at this, saying he hoped it wasn't the opinion of the Mayor and the City that the people who road this route were "dirty", etc. He asked that these comments be passed along to the appropriate authority.

Resident reports that he entered the bus station to purchase a ticket and was met by a hostile employee who yelled profanity at him and refused him service.
Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
