Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. The drainage swale needs to be cleaned of debris to assure adequate drainage. Perhaps more so, there is a wall of weeds 5 feet tall needing to be cleaned up. The neighbor across the street had received a city warning of their grass being too tall while the weeds are many times that.
