Location of your Problem: 1215 S. Grant Details: I want to file a complaint about my neighbors at 1215 S Grant St, Bloomington, 47401. Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know.
