There is an alley between the I Fell Building and the Madison Downtown apartments with a really rough road surface and pothole that is right in the path of the sidewalk crossing the alley. This is the first alley east of 4th & Rogers, on the south side of 4th. It is not very accessible for people walking across and someone could certainly trip if they are not paying attention.
There are potholes here that have become pretty dangerous. I don't have updated photos, but here is a google map shot of where they are. It's the alley behind Rainbow Bakery.

Rental at 415 W. 4th St. has a messy yard with lots of trash, couches and a toilet in the yard.

Vehicles parked in crushed stone parking area behind store without plates and partially dissasembled.
