The city did some work on Browncliff lane (near house number 2403) many months ago, but they did not finish the job. There is a huge indentation in the road that is difficult to drive over. Since this hole appeared, my car has suffered multiple maintenance issues, including a flat time and also a problem with the oil filter apparatus. Of course it is impossible to know if these were caused by the road condition, but driving over this large, sharp-edged bump multiple times a day is definitely not good for our vehicle (or our neighbor's cars). it would be wonderful if the job could be finished soon, now that we appear to be entering into spring.
Culvert repair began in November 2025. Since that was finished and a temporary patch made, there has been no further paving. As a result, a 30 yard long stretch of Browncliff, at the bottom of a small hill, is crumbling, full of potholes, and has a big dip where the culvert was reconstructed. Please get to this soon, while there is still a bit of pavement left.

Traffic signals are not working
I've reported intermittent malfunctions at this light before. This time I was heading north bound on Henderson and stopped in the center lane at the red light for Winslow. The light was green both directions on Winslow at the time. The light then went red on Winslow and turned green with a green arrow for the south bound cars stopped on Henderson. After these cars went through, the traffic light went green again for Winslow and I never received a green light. The second time around, a car came alongside me in the left lane and I then got a green light after sitting for two plus minutes a second time around. The light is also set to green too long for Winslow.
On several occasions I've pulled up to the left turn lane stop line going south on Henderson at Winslow and have not gotten a green light. I arrived at the intersection just as Henderson northbound is getting a green light and green turn arrow, and there are no cars yet at the red lights on Winslow. Once the northbound left turn traffic is done, the southbound light never goes green. So I sit and wait for an entire cycle before getting a green arrow three minutes later.
