The pedestrian crosswalk button on the north east corner for when you are going to cross 46 going west is not lighting up after it's pressed so not sure if it is working?

Turn signals for both east and west bound traffic are triggered although nobody is in the turn lanes. Pedestrians can't cross east/west and traffic going east/west just sits there while no cars are turning.

Street light at 10th and Grant burned out for over a year. We have reported a few times. What’s up? Dangerous intersection without lights. Lots of pedestrian traffic there.
