There is always a car parked here blocking the entrance to the Winslow rd sidepath. It’s clearly marked for no parking with yellow lines. It’s not obvious why they prefer to park on top of the yellow lines instead of parallel parking both cars on the North side of the street. They do seem to be making an effort to leave space for walkers to get through but never enough space for a bike pulling a trailer
Lots of poison ivy growing into sidewalk on 1st.
pile of mulch has been sitting in front of this house for several months taking up an on-street parking space
Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Kind regards - Anna Bragin; Member At Large; Bloomington Highlands HOA
Graphiti noticed at NE corner of Winslow Park. Been there since at least last week.
Tree branches fell on sidewalk.
Resident feeds corn and other food to deer, etc. Attracts rats who live in brush pile in back yard around a tree. Neighbor at 1712 S. Sycamore stated that compliance officer could come into their yard and try to view property at 1711 S. Greenfield.
Graffiti in neighborhood along First St near Rose Ave, etc. This photo example is of a speed limit sign on Rose Ave between Maxwell and Dexter. Also the Street sign at Rose & Dexter is twisted.
