the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.

I live on the west side of South Park Ridge Rd, the block between Saratoga St. and E. 46. There is a very slight curve on this block (west side of the street) which is just enough to create a visibility issue for me when attempting to pull-out of my driveway. Myself and others have had some close calls when exiting my drive. To add to the issue, cars traveling this stretch consistently travel SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the posted speed limit. Wondering if there might be some kind of street signage alerting to "hidden drive" or something to possibly alert traffic of the possibility of a car pulling out from an area that is difficult to see due to the curve. Ultimately, I really feel the stretch of Park Ridge Rd from E 46 to the 4 way stop at Morningside Dr. could greatly benefit from traffic calming measures....speed bump installation. There are 3-4 moderate sized pot holes on the west side of this street. This area of the street has a significant slope with no drainage and consistently collects water, sludge, sand, etc which contributes to the deterioration of the asphalt. I have shoveled sand, etc many times from this area. This same problem is occurring in front of the house two houses north of this address. Would really be helpful to have some sort of correction to this if possible. Thank you.
