The man who called said its either 429 or 431 S. Henderson. They have bags of trash in the front yard which have been there at least two weeks.

A lady called and said that the alley behind this address is overgrown with weeds and tree limbs which hits/scratch cars and people as they drive by.

The trash is located directly across the street on the west side from 701 E. Wilson. There are apparently several bags scaterred around the site and a vehicle (jeep) is parked in the driveway.
