Here at Griffin Realty we witness multiple incidents every week of drivers traveling the wrong way on S College Ave coming from S Walnut St via Dodds. There is only one small sign that indicates that this is a One Way street. I believe that more signage (Do Not Enter, Wrong Way, etc) is needed. Thanks.

I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.

My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
