Open spilled trash bag is still here since Sunday 2 days ago. Please fine these people. This leads me to believe the tenant moved out. Better make sure no animals are in there too. Thanks
This was cleaned up this morning after I called Orion Property and told them my neighbor thinks it’s their renter who sends their Child to dumpster. I was told “ we can’t accuse anyone”. I said “ I didn’t say to, but maybe they don’t know it’s illegal in Bloomington”. It was cleaned up within the hour. Tempo is aware of the situation and is passing my recommendation for camera surveillance at dumpsters. This has been ongoing for YEARS and dumpster is not even half full!!!

The city came to do an inspection and added replace the drop tiles in bathroom ceiling. They never came to fix it . Was supposed to October 10th. On 11/20/2023 I was taking a shower and the ceiling caved in and a baby raccoon came in with it. I’ve contacted the landlord they are supposed to fix it but they already knew of the raccoon problem. I have a video of the raccoons up there as well as the list showing that the city asked them to fix it
The street light on the 900 block of Manor Rd. is out. The light is across the street from 929 S. Manor Rd.

Large potholes developing around the roundabout between Rogers and Winslow, and up both sides of the hills
S. High street between E Covenanter Dr and E Maxwell Ln has multiple and giant potholes traveling north on S High St towards E 2nd Street.
Street light at 208 E 10th (on 10th St by alley) has been out for a few weeks. There’s a lot of college kids on street at night and the darkness contributes to a lack of safety.
