West crosswalk on 3Rd st (where Madison crosses) is covered in snow. Snow berms blocking where the sidewalk meets the crosswalk. Crosswalks are always a pain point when it snows. Is it the city's responsibility or business'/residents' responsibility to clear adjacent sidewalk intersections? I spent a few hours clearing crosswalks downtown yesterday and I am too exhausted to do this one today.
the whole stretch of sidewalk going north to W 3rd St has not been shoveled along the east side of the street. A lot of snow has been plowed onto it from businesses and housing on the west side of the street. Nonetheless, it appears that the homeowners on S. Davidsson whose properties extend to S. Walker do not realize that this sidewalk is also their responsibility.

potholes (many) On S. Muller Parkway, just off of west third St.. starting about in from of the Stewart Electric shop and on the other side of the street is the LongView Mobile Home Park, potholes all the way to the last mobile home. Thanks, and Thank You, will be appreciated.
