Street light in Hyde Park on East Winston at Trotters Run. Light is most off but sometimes flickers on and off and sometimes it is fully on (rare) I understand that this is a Duke maintained light. I am also reporting at the Duke website

Traveling south on N Indiana Ave from E 13th St, the speed limit sign says 30 MPH.Traveling north on N Indiana Ave from E 10th St, the speed limit sign says 25 MPH. Are they both right (30 MPH southbound & 25 MPH northbound) or is one of them wrong? I didn't think you could have two different speeds on the same section of road.

Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.
