Sidewalk unusable, has been for years depending on season. Either it's mud covered areas or vegetation that blocks the ability to use. One more option exists and its when both happen at once. However, thank you for mowing, makes that corner usable.

Large Ash tree in tree plot needs lower limbs removed. Also the New Horizon Elm seems to have several dead upper branches. Since this tree is only 8 years old, I’m concerned it’s diseased or stressed. If you would take a look and let me know what you can do for it. Thank you!
Hello. Last year there was a major rainstorm in Bloomington that managed to adversely affect the storm drainage between my house and the next door neighbor. The storm activity managed to wash out a small corner of soil on the other side of the fence. Now any time it rains and thereafter, the ground is fairly wet (puddles) and the corner with missing soil fills up. This water manages to linger for days from outside the fence and through the yard. I'm requesting someone from Stormwater to visit my home on 10 June 2022; any time of day is fine. I ask for this date because I'm off work and we can survey together. This has been an ongoing issue for some time and I'm seeking suitable remedy. I have additional photos to share, however, seeing this in person would be beneficial. Today I was driving on Walnut Street headed south around 11:30am. A white City pickup truck was stopped in the road with its hazard lights flashing. The City employee was picking up bags of trash and other junk that some careless person had lost on the road, creating a hazard for traffic and cyclists. This City employee should be thanked or rewarded in some way for going above and beyond. I don't know if he was sent there to get this trash. To me, it looked like he was driving along and saw it and decided to stop and do something about it. He was in a white Ford Super Duty pickup with a lift gate on the back. I think it was truck # 936. This was 11:30am on Saturday, June 4, 2022, on Walnut heading south in the area of about W. Allen Street or so. Please, find this City employee and give him a high five, some extra time off, or whatever you can do to thank him for doing a great job.
In the 3400 block of S. Cedarwood Circle, the City dug up the road a few months ago, then never came back to finish the job. The road is a mess with missing asphalt and gravel/debris all around. Can the City get back out here this week to fix this and finish up the work they started? Thanks.

Always parking on the grass. Looks like it is over-occupied this summer! Also park immediately to the west in the alley on the grass as well.
