A citizen called and stated that there is trash outside of this address and a tree is down in the front yard for a while.

Lots of rats in the neighborhood; trash piled in the back of 709 S. Anita, and 706 S. Rose Ave. Some neighbors also have compost piles which might also be attracting the rats.

rat problem since May, had big rat problem 4-5 years ago sources believed to be (1)709 S. Anita Street, (2)713 S Clifton Ave, (3)706 S. Rose Ave, with (2)&(3) being dilapadated, all three addresses being overgrown with weeds, or piles of compost -- possibly dog food left outdoors
