A citizen called and stated that the trash day is monday for this address and they have a pile of trash and trash bags visable from the street.

Citizen called in and stated that his neighbor has a pile of trash along side the residence that is attracting rats.

The Dollar General Store moved into the old Goodwill Building. There is trash all over the vacant lot next to the building. This was a continuous thing but the people from Goodwill picked up the trash on a regular basis. No one is picking it up now and it is a mess. The citizen is afraid that the trash will attract rats and small animals.
