Bryan Park Pool: Pool rental from 9-11pm on 7/24 was too loud. A DJ was screaming on the loudspeaker and blaring music. That noise is inappropriate for this residential area.

Farmers' Market: Caller says that there should not be animals at the market. This past weekend there were three dogs and two cats. He does not want this to continue. He wants to work together on the project to change this.
Tree root in bike path along Longview is buckling the path severely. It should be repaired. Has gone on for quite some time.
9th Street Park: Says there is dog poop all over the park - she is tired of cleaning it off her kids shoes. So upset over this, she has talked to dog owners who don't pick up - showed them the disposal areas, etc. Was told today "it is better I let him poop here rather than in someone's yard." Wants to know if anything can be done to these rude people.
Griffy Trails: The trails are torn up by motor bikes. She is worried about endangered plant life in the park and erosion being caused by these bikes.
Mr. Bell called very upset saying basically that on a 1998 December evening, after having an argument with someone, was arrested by a blonde-haired officer working the night shift (he named either Officer Kellams or Helms). Apparently, the person with whom he was having the argument called the police, who then detained him with handcuffs and started "beating/assaulting him." Mr. Bell had several other issues he was struggling to resolve, and has an apparent court date on 1/ 22.
9th St. Park: Ditch is filling up w/leaves and water. Looks bad. Hates to keep calling & complaining bu worried about rain in forecast.

She feels that there is a lack of police presence when it comes to theft. She is upset with how they delt with her daughter's situation and that something should be done. SEE ATTACHED EMAIL.
Ms. Neumann had a complaint about the Junior League program stating that the organization was in total chaos, practices were running too late. Her son refuses to play now and she wants a refund.
