2521 S Rogers St. Tenant moved out because of rodents, air conditioner not working and other problems. Home owner tries to fix all problems himself although wiring companies seem to be talking to owner. Pointing to roof of house and lines leading to house. Home owner owner of other rentals on S Rogers. This house should be checked to make sure no code violations. Home owner recently blocked house numbers on house. Worried about possible fire and others not being able to report an address.

We have a lot of problems with our building, including automatic doors not working, trash disposal problems and maintenance issues. There are dozens of light bulbs out on each floor. Pivotal, the company out of Ohio who bought the property last year, has had staffing issues that have caused numerous problems and bills not getting paid like trash removal and landscaping for mowing. The Fire Marshal found issues with the elevator and I have no idea if they have been corrected. Many of the residents have mobility problems and they need the front and back lobby doors working properly. This company is notorious with retaliatory evictions which I understand is illegal in Indiana. People are afraid to complain for this reason. Two property managers have walked off the job in the past 2 weeks and our maintenance guy is worthless. Please help us get these issues fixed asap! The trash issue is fast getting out of control. The road was repaved in front of our house but the new asphalt stopped just before our driveway. This created a pothole / rut on the side of the road where our driveway meets the new asphalt in front of our mailbox. Turning right out of our driveway our back tire hits this rut each time. It is a very busy intersection and we have to get out of our driveway quickly because people are rude. It has to be difficult for the mail truck to pull up to the mail box. We were hoping this area could be filled in like a pothole. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't seem to actually attach the file. Thanks.

In January 2023, while an optic cable was being installed on our street, the company called Vertical Underground LLC, which we were informed was contracted by the City of Bloomington to do the job, broke our sewer line (along with the lines of many others of our neighbors). We complained to one of Vertical Underground's managers who was working on fixing our neighbor's line, and he informed us that they would fix the problem and that we didn't need to worry. In order to do the repair, they had to break through our concrete driveway to repair the damage and re-pour the damaged section of the driveway. The problem seemed to be fixed for a few months, however, these past weeks, we have been experiencing the same issues that initially led us to the discovery of the damage they caused. That is, our drains are not draining, toilets are not draining and water is returning through the shower drain. We would like to request that CBU send someone to inspect the situation because we believe that the problem was not fixed properly. Thank you.

There was a homeless camp in the woods by Clear Creek at the end of Pinewood Drive. The people have moved on, as all their tents have been removed. However, there is a lot of remaining trash. Is it possible to have sanitation clean up this area? Please let me know if I need to contact someone else for this request. Thank you!

Black top sidewalk put in by apartment contractors at Clarizz and 3rd looks like a turning lane!! Paint the curb and put walking sign on “sidewalk” ASAP please…. Tire marks already on curb where folks have hit it.

A fairly deep depression suddenly formed in the pavement in the street in front of our house. It currently not very large in diameter, and it is very close to the edge of the road, so I’m not sure it’s that much of a hazard to cars. But it could become a problem If it continues to grow.
